Delivery Method

Orders will be delivered via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.

Shipping Fee

A shipping fee of 800 JPY per order will be charged.

Shipping Time

Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Important Notes on Shipping

  • Changes to the delivery address, order details, or cancellations cannot be made after shipment.
  • Each order can be shipped to only one address.
  • All orders placed through the online store will be delivered by shipping.
  • Multiple orders to the same address may be combined for shipment whenever possible.
  • Additional remote area fees may apply for deliveries to remote islands or distant regions. If applicable, we will contact you separately.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to regional conditions, traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • If you are not present at the time of delivery, please contact the courier listed on the missed delivery notice within 6 days.
  • If the package is returned due to long-term absence or refusal to receive, return shipping and reshipping fees will be charged.
