Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for minor scratches, stains, or other cosmetic issues, except in cases of significant damage caused during shipping.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized or personalized items
- Hygiene-related products (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to replace an item, please return your existing item first. Once your return is accepted, you will need to place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 20 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@tokyostupidcards.com.
